by Property Forum | Report

Property Forum is excited to announce the shortlist of nominees for its annual CEE Property Forum Award Ceremony, which celebrates the best projects, most impactful transactions and most inspiring personalities of the CEE real estate market. This year, our team has received a record number of nominations, so narrowing the list down was a challenging task. The winners will be selected soon by a jury committee comprising leading real estate professionals, and the recipients will be announced at our Awards Gala on 24 November in Vienna, part of our annual CEE Property Forum & Awards Gala.

Our shortlist of nominees has been carefully compiled following an extensive review process. The selection was based on nominations submitted by market players across the region, supported by transactional data generously provided by iO Partners and JLL. This year, interest in the awards has reached an all-time high, with over 200 nominations received – a record number that made the work of our editorial team particularly challenging.

In evaluating the entries, we considered not only the size and volume of each transaction but also the broader impact that individual projects, deals and professionals have had on the market over the past 12 months. The shortlist reflects those who have contributed in a significant and visible way to shaping the industry during this period.

To ensure fairness and to highlight fresh achievements, projects that were already shortlisted or have won in previous years were not included in this year’s selection.

What's next?
