CA Immo has achieved full occupancy at its Postępu 14 office building in Warsaw following lease extensions with anchor tenants AstraZeneca and Samsung covering 28,500 sqm of space.

AstraZeneca extended its lease until 2032 and will occupy almost 23,000 sqm within the building, including an expansion of 1,700 sqm. Samsung extended its lease for 5,500 sqm by seven years. The agreements secure long-term full occupancy with an average WAULT of 6.5 years.

"The fact that such renowned brands as AstraZeneca and Samsung have decided to stay with us in the coming years is the best proof of our work," said Dawid Wątorski, Senior Leasing Manager at CA Immo Poland.

The office building is located in the Mokotów business district at the intersection of Marynarska and Postępu streets, offering over 34,000 sqm of workspace on 10 floors. The property has transport links with tram and bus stops, a nearby train station and Chopin Airport minutes away.

Postępu 14 is a class A building with BREEAM Excellent certification and EU Taxonomy-aligned energy efficiency. The building is supplied entirely with electricity from renewable energy sources and features over 700 parking spaces, cycling facilities and around 200 electric vehicle charging stations. As of September 30, 2025, CA Immo's Warsaw portfolio comprised six office buildings with around 136,000 sqm leasable area and a book value of around €470 million.
