The opening of the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Brno, Czech Republic, built by CTP at Spielberk has been set to take place in the autumn.

Apart from 201 rooms on 15 floors, the hotel also offers a rooftop suite, a restaurant with a bar for 150 guests and 10 meeting rooms with access to the large outdoor terrace. The main conference hall boasts 360 sqm of floor space and the capacity for 400 people. The Courtyard Marriott Hotel is situated at Spielberk Office Centre, a popular business area of Brno and within walking distance of the Brno Exhibition Grounds.

“The last stage of Spielberk Office Centre has been completed and is perfectly suited for the new Courtyard Marriott whose high quality business services will make Brno an even more attractive high-tech business destination. We look forward to the opening this fall,” says Remon Vos, General Director of CTP.

Apart from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, CTP has recently opened an office complex for technology giant IBM at its nearby business park Ponávka.
