The Garden Lofts boutique project in Prague 5 with luxury apartments has been approved. New owners will be able to move in during the autumn. The lofts also include access to a private multi-purpose garden with greenery, seating, workout area and a garden pool. The exclusive sale is being handled by Luxent - Exclusive Properties.

In the luxury residential project Garden Lofts in Prague 5, a total of 22 design apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk with terraces, front gardens, loggias, and balconies have been built. Most of them also have a cellar. The residences include underground garages. Two commercial units are also available in the building. The completed apartment building in Pechlátova Street is characterized by timeless architecture from the pen of Czech architect Jan Kasl. It combines an industrial look, evoked by the raw materials and glazed facade, with cosiness and everyday practicality. Studio Morix of the Pizinger family handled the interior design.

Future residents will be able to make full use of the south-facing private garden of almost 2,500 sqm. The terraced design will create both sufficient privacy and provide a variety of uses. The common elements of each level will be the ubiquitous greenery (perennials, tall ornamental grasses) and stone steps. A fitness area for sports activities, children's play elements or a heat pump heated swimming pool will also provide a variety of uses.
