Avison Young is announcing the opening of a new business line - Industrial Agency. The new service will be built by a team of renowned market experts acquired from a competitive firm.

Łukasz Ciepły has over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, which he gained at Colliers and at the Katowice Special Economic Zone where he has been serving for many years as the Director of the Department for Strategic Clients. In these roles, he had the opportunity to introduce to Poland new clients from Europe, the USA, China, and South Korea. Łukasz has extensive knowledge in the field of public aid provided for investment projects. At Avison Young, Łukasz holds the position of Director.

Dorota Koseska began and developed her 12-year career in the real estate market at Colliers. She has represented many national and international companies from various sectors in the acquisition of warehouse and industrial spaces. At Avison Young, she holds the position of Director.

Katarzyna Madej also holds the position of Director. She has over 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. At Avison Young, she will be responsible for supporting tenants in the processes of leasing warehouse and production space and also representing clients in negotiations and renegotiations of lease terms.

The Industrial Agency division will support clients in acquiring warehouse and industrial space. The scope of services in Poland will include market analysis and forecasts, representation in lease and sale negotiations, planning and development of industrial properties according to client requirements, handling sale and leaseback transactions, etc.

"The opening of the Industrial Agency department is a strategically considered step in the development of Avison Young in Poland. This type of service - advising clients in the leasing processes of warehouse and industrial spaces - is a natural complement to our offer, following the opening of our Office Agency division in mid-2022, which provides such services in the office market. At Avison Young, we are keeping a close eye on the market, Polish and European, and making considered decisions about further development: in Q1 we announced the opening of an office in Croatia, and in Q2 in Greece, we are enlarging our teams in Germany and France, but we also have plans for the other Western European countries", comments Michal Ćwikliński, Regional Managing Director for EMEA Region.
