Polish developer ATAL has launched sales at ATAL Unii Lubelskiej, a new residential project in Poznań's Rataje district. Located on ul. Heleny Tadeuszak, the development will deliver 319 flats ranging from 38 to 105 sqm — from compact two-room units to four-room family flats — with completion planned for Q2 2028. Prices range from PLN 10,700 to PLN 13,500 per sqm in developer-standard finish, with an optional turnkey fit-out available through the ATAL Design programme in Classic, Comfort and Premium packages.
"The location in Rataje guarantees quick access to the city centre, while the proximity of green areas along the Warta river creates conditions for active leisure. This project completes our Poznań portfolio, which recently also welcomed the ATAL Parkowa project on ul. Mogileńska," said Agnieszka Majkusiak, general director for sales and marketing at ATAL.
The development features varied building heights and architectural detailing. Residents will be a three-minute walk from the Unii Lubelskiej tram terminus, with direct connections to Poznań city centre, and five minutes from the CH Posnania shopping centre. The nearby Wartostrada riverside path, Kinepolis cinema and POSiR Rataje sports complex with swimming pool add to the area's appeal.
ATAL Unii Lubelskiej joins the developer's existing Poznań portfolio, which includes ATAL Parkowa, the multi-phase Naramowice Odnova project, and Zacisze Marcelin — the latter's phase IIIA due for completion in mid-2027. ATAL S.A., founded by Zbigniew Juroszek and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2015, operates across the residential, commercial and investment apartment segments in cities including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Trójmiasto and Szczecin.
