Construction of two 95-metre Towarowa Towers located on Prosta Street in Warsaw's city centre is starting. It is another investment by Asbud Group near Daszyńskiego Roundabout.

The whole complex consists of twin 29-storey towers and 3 lower apartment buildings which will be constructed at a later stage. There will be about 900 apartments in the whole complex.

The twin towers will have almost 600 apartments of various sizes, ranging from 25 to 140 sqm and 4 underground levels garage. At the moment only tower A is on sale - almost 40% of the apartments have already been sold. The apartments are sold with turn-key finishing that clients can choose from 3 different standards. For future residents, there a common area with terraces together with a recreation area, a fitness club and a lounge bar are also planned.

The complex, to be built only 1 minute walking from Daszyńskiego Roundabout, will serve primarily a residential function as well as retail activities on ground floors, well balanced with the neighbouring area that possesses mostly Class A offices.

Construction of towers is planned to last about 37 months. The general contractor is Hochtief Polska which has a proven track record in constructing high-end towers such as Rondo 1 and Cosmopolitan.

"This complex shows Asbud’s determination of bringing to the market additional sustainable product that would further contribute to the city and its residents a great deal of comfort, quality at attractive prices in comparison to other premium projects in respect", says Raied Tanous, CEO, Asbud Group

Asbud Group is part of two international real estate developer groups: Shikun & Binui and Tanous Group.
