The sale of the Forum Karlín complex in Prague from the portfolio of the Komerční banka real estate fund is being finalised. The fund is already exclusively negotiating the sale of four of its buildings with individual interested parties who have signed exclusivity, reports seznamzpravy.cz.

The Rieker family is interested in the Keystone office building, the DRFG group and the Patrie fund want to acquire the Forum Karlín and the Ibis hotel.

The administrator of the KB 2 Real Estate Fund – Amundi Czech Republic – does not comment on the progress of the negotiations; the terms and details of the sale remain undisclosed. According to Jozef Murz, Head of the Real Estate department at Amundi CR, the fund has a clear life cycle, where, after the acquisition and property management phases, it enters the final stage: the gradual sale of the portfolio and the return of funds to investors.
