Real estate developer Alesonor has inked a deal with Verita International School & Kindergarten for the integration of an educational campus in the Forest residential complex near Bucharest.
The campus will be developed in two spaces, encompassing 15,000 sqm. The school building will meet the nZEB standards, in line with the development vision of Amber Forest.
This will be the second campus operated by Verita in Romania. The international school has over 1,000 students and 200 teachers located in both Romania and Greece.
The new campus will be located in the Agora area of Amber Forest that also includes sports, commercial, leisure and medical facilities.
Amber Forest encompasses almost 500 green villas, and over 200 green apartments. The developer has already sold over 450 green homes in the complex.
