Adventum Group announced the signing of a refinancing for its KÖKI Shopping Center in Budapest.
The group stated that K&H Bank has become the new refinancing partner for the project with a €63 million investment.
“This collaboration not only strengthens our financial foundations but also supports our vision for the future: continued development, innovation, and long-term value for our partners, tenants, and visitors,” according to a LinkedIn post of Adventum Group.
With over 19 million visitors annually, KÖKI Shopping Center is among Budapest's most frequented shopping centers.
Delivered in 2011, the four-story center encompasses 60,000 sqm of retail space and more than 6,000 sqm of office space.
Adventum Group acquired the retail project in 2019.
