A&D Pharma, a subsidiary of Dr.Max Group, has leased a warehouse of 9,000 sqm in CTPark Sibiu, in a bid to streamline its distribution supply chain for pharmacies located in the central and western Romania as well as for online orders.
The company has another distribution hub in Bucharest that covers over 27,000 sqm.
“This new warehouse will successfully facilitate the pharmaceutical supply process in the region, and it represents an important step towards consolidating our business,” says Sorin David, National Logistics Director, A&D Pharma.
The lease transaction was brokered by real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
CTPark Sibiu, owned by CTP, has a built area of 20,000 sqm with a development potential of over 100,000 sqm.
