Payment terms and conditions:

The online registration is an order too. Participation fee is to be paid by bank transfer based on the proform invoice issued following the registration and sent by mail. Cancellations before 9 February, 2012 will be totally refunded, after that date the full fee will be charged, but the registration is transferable to another person.
