Wilhelm Sterl studied business administration at the University of Business Administration (WU Wien) with a focus on Human Resources and Tourism and graduated with a Master’s degree in business administration and e-business management from the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems. He worked in insurance and tourism industry until he joined Austrian Airlines in 1995 and developed into the HR sector as Head of Personnel Planning & Development Ground Services Vienna. Since then he has been working in various HR functions in different industries and as HR interim manager. Currently, Wilhelm is responsible for the HR Management of Immofinanz AG supporting the restructuring process since 2015.
