Robert has more than 20 years of experience and has advised a number of major international real estate developers, equity funds and global corporate investors on large scale investment projects and financings, and complex M&A deals, as well as antitrust and regulatory matters in both Slovakia and other CEE countries. He also has extensive experience in the management of foreign direct investment into the region. Before joining Wilsons, Robert worked at the Slovak Ministry of Finance, heading a state aid and EU law harmonisation team. Before his affiliation with Wilsons, he worked at Linklaters, a leading international law firm, and was head of legal at TriGranit, a CEE real estate investment company.
