Pavel Krchňák is an experienced professional and specialist in the field of commercial property valuation and valuation of extensive international real estate portfolios. In the consultancy companies DTZ or Cushman & Wakefield in Prague and London, he was responsible for valuing of large investment properties in the Czech Republic and the UK. In recent years, as a senior internal supervisor, at Oberbank AG, he has specialized in valuing larger commercial properties for banking purposes and coordinating more than fifty external appraisers. He is an active member of the working group of the Czech Banking Association, teaches market valuation of real estate in a specialized course in Olomouc, and is actively interested in using modern technologies in the valuation of commercial property.
