Monika is an associate in the Real Estate department of Wilsons and works extensively with Bryan Wilson. She has been heavily involved in one of the first sale and leaseback transactions under the New Civil Code involving Bang & Olufsen and also the sale of a large city centre office building. Monika also coordinates and manages real estate title due diligence processes for First Title and other investor clients and she has an excellent corporate/M&A background. In addition, Monika has been involved in the research, preparation and drafting of real estate arbitration submissions and is a key member of several client teams dealing with day-to-day leasing and real estate and corporate issues.
