John is the Tangible Assets Valuation Director for RICS, with a remit covering residential and commercial property across UK and Europe. John is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in the property sector for more than 25 years, from day to day surveying and valuation work to being the Ombudsman at Ombudsman Services: Property where he led the property and professional services sectors. John has written several journal articles and spoken on R4 and other radio stations about property and consumer issues during his tenure as Ombudsman.
