Jarosław Bator, CEO of NDI Development, the company responsible for development in the NDI Group. He creates and implements the real estate development strategy leveraging diversification of the residential, investment, service, commercial, management and commercialisation offering. In his work, he draws on more than 20 years of executive experience in real estate and consulting. He has managed major projects (R4R and CitySpace) at Echo Investment Group, successfully led Business Link and business development at Skanska. He restructured and developed PKP as a member of the management board of the organisation. He is a member of the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a certified real estate valuer.
