Grzegorz Chmielak, Head of Valuation & Capital Markets, AXI IMMO, has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. He has worked with numerous clients from the development, investment and financial sectors, including Ghelamco, HB Reavis, Globalworth, CPI, Cavatina, White Star, FLE, UNIQA, Warimpex, Cromwell, Hillwood, CBRE GI, Panattoni, 7R, Hines, Accolade, Capital Park, as well as many banks and investment funds. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in the financial sector, working for HypoVereinsbank Bank Hipoteczny S.A., Bank Pekao S.A. and WestImmo, where he was responsible for property valuations for financing purposes. Grzegorz is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a licensed Property Valuer (Licence No. 3064), and holds the CIS HypZert (MLV) certification.
