Daria Pawelko is a Senior Manager at Deloitte's Sustainability team. She is supporting top brands in designing and implementing successful ESG strategies with a focus on creating value through sustainable development within entire value chains, assuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management. Daria has over 15 years of professional experience in strategic and operational management of companies in the CEE region. She successfully improved organizations in areas of ESG, Strategy, and Customer Experience. Daria joined the Deloitte team in 2022. Before joining Deloitte, she worked at one of the leading real estate companies in Europe as a Head of Innovation & ESG, designing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the shopping experience and operational efficiency with a focus on executing the company’s ESG strategy. Earlier, she supported strategy development, digital transformation and other strategic initiatives at Empik and advised various industries at Roland Berger, a strategy consultancy.
