Dagmar Yoder is an Associate Partner and Attorney in Deloitte Legal, Slovakia. She has been working in legal advisory practices since 2000. Before joining Deloitte Legal in 2017 she was for over a decade partner in a major Czech law firm, managing its Slovak branch. In the past she also held a managerial position in a bank. Dagmar Yoder has many years of professional experience in real estate, M&A, banking & finance and HC & LS. She has been involved in significant M&A transactions in various business areas and has participated in preparation, implementation, acquisition and sale of significant development projects. Dagmar has been repeatedly ranked as one of the best real estate lawyers in the Slovak Republic.
