John is the Tangible Assets Valuation Director for RICS, with a remit covering residential and commercial property across UK and Europe. John is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in the property sector for more than 25 years, from day to day surveying and valuation work to being the Ombudsman at Ombudsman Services: Property where he led the property and professional services sectors. John has written several journal articles and spoken on R4 and other radio stations about property and consumer issues during his tenure as Ombudsman.
Radim has a strong partner and investment relations, which are vital elements of the success of Mint Group. Having worked with Deutsche Bank in London and ING Barings, he thrives on creating, negotiating and structuring the most complex real estate deals. He is prudent in his attitude with a strong awareness of the balance between risk and reward.
Alex’s background is physics, both at Oxford University and then a PhD at Imperial College London, where he also made a short documentary on melting tropical glaciers. Alex has consulted on corporate behavioural innovation projects, and knows first hand how difficult it is to change human nature.

OTP Bank Romania
Csaba Bálint joined OTP Bank Romania in the beginning of 2008. Between 2008 and 2014, he worked in the bank's Risk Division in different positions, being responsible for macroeconomic stress testing excises and credit scorecard developments. At the end of 2014, he moved to the Finance and Planning Division as macroeconomic analyst, where he works with OTP Group's Research team, preparing analysis and forecasts about the Romanian economy, financial markets and banking system. He also teaches at universities in Oradea and Cluj-Napoca. Csaba passed the level III CFA exam in 2016 and holds M.Sc. in finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Ben leads the team and company operations across Central & Eastern Europe for Prologis, the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate throughout Europe, Americas and Asia is responsible for all activities of Prologis in the CEE region (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia). He joined Prologis in 2008 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was the Managing Director for Central Europe. In this role, he was responsible for Poland, Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic, including the daily management of the Warsaw office and operations in Prague and Budapest. Ben has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, of which 15 years have been spent in Central Europe with Jones Lang LaSalle and Prologis. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Land Economy. He is also a UK-trained chartered surveyor.

Harry Bannatyne is a Partner and Head of the Industrial Agency CEE at Colliers, based in the Czech Republic.
