Rainer Nonnengässer is CEO at International Campus Group since January 2019. The portfolio of the group of companies currently comprises around 12,000 residential units in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Czechia, Hungary and Poland. Nonnengässer has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, where he has directed all project development, asset management, sale & purchase activities and was in charge of ongoing improvement of operational processes and operational management of student accommodation sites. Nonnengässer was responsible for investor relations and institutional clients. Experience of development of 1,870 student apartments on 9 sites; approx. 3,000 units under management.
