Piotr Trzciński

Besides managing operations of the Polish office, Piotr Trzciński is responsible for formulating and executing investment strategies of real estate funds managed by Savills Investment Management with regard to Poland, business development, marketing and risk management. In his role, Piotr closely cooperates with senior management and Savills IM teams in Europe. Piotr joined Savills IM in May 2017 with the opening of the Warsaw office and has contributed to the growth of the Polish business to €1.8 billion AUM expanding the team to 8 professionals. Piotr has an in-depth knowledge of the Polish real estate market, with 19 years of experience gained in international investment and asset management companies. Over his career, he was responsible for asset management of commercial properties exceeding €2.6 billion in value and completed over .€900 million in real estate transactions. Before joining Savills IM, Piotr held various investment and asset management positions at KSP, BlackRock and CA Immo. Piotr is a graduate of the School of Management of the University of Warsaw and holds a CCIM designation. He has also completed leadership and management programs at Wharton and Tuck School of Business.
