Managing Director & Founder
Peter Noack is Managing Director and Founder of ZEITGEIST Asset Management. The company is a real estate asset management firm focused on sustainable and ESG-compliant value creation. Since 2014, ZEITGEIST has been investing in key asset classes for private and institutional investors across Europe. Currently, it manages 60 projects in five countries, with assets under management totalling approximately €1.2 billion and a total land area of 480,000 sqm. ZEITGEIST's development activities focus on three areas: Living, Working, and Revitalisation. To strengthen its role as an operator, the company is developing its own brand, HOME by Zeitgeist, for long-term rentals. Its structure also includes ZEITRAUM, an operator of student housing and serviced apartments. Prior to joining ZEITGEIST, Peter worked in institutional real estate across Germany, CEE, and Turkey at HOCHTIEF Development and Rödl & Partner. He is a licensed attorney and holds a law degree from Goethe University in Frankfurt.
