Grażyna Kuźma is a partner at Taylor Wessing law firm in Warsaw. She specializes in real estate and infrastructure law, with a particular focus on real estate finance. Grażyna has extensive experience in negotiating commercial leases, as well as investment agreements and real estate financing, refinancing and leaseback agreements. She advises on the negotiations of all legal aspects of a wide range of real estate and infrastructure investments. Grażyna graduated in law from the University of A. Mickiewicz in Poznań, as well as management and finance courses at the Kellogg School of Business Northwestern University in Chicago.
