Head of Real Estate
Fraser is responsible for the management of the entire real estate division and the development of the Aurelia Fund. He is responsible for real estate transactions, sourcing new acquisition opportunities and asset management of properties in the fund. Previously, he managed the Central European expansion of AmRest and later SportsDirect.com, where he was responsible for the strategy and management of an extensive portfolio of 250 retail stores in 16 European countries. He most recently served as Head of Investments for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at Savills, where he spent 7.5 years until joining Axelor in mid 2025. During his career, he has advised on transactions with an aggregate volume exceeding €3 billion and executed asset valuations exceeding €2 billion in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria.
