Elitsa is heading investments at Lion’s Head Investments. She has 14 years of experience in real estate and M&A transactions, among which 10 years at AG Capital, responsible for business development, execution, and monitoring of key investment, M&A and partnership transactions in various industries within the group of AG Capital. Elitsa has been involved in Lion’s Head since its beginning and contributed to establishing the partnership between Old Mutual Property and AG Capital, and building the Company’s portfolio. She holds a BA and an MA in Business Administration & Strategic Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and is undergoing a PhD and CIMA qualification.
