Żaneta Bałdowska is an advocate and counsel in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS Poland. She specialises in transactional real estate law, with a particular focus on office, retail and hotel investments. She advises local and international investors, funds and developers on real estate acquisitions, disposals and asset management across the CEE region. Her experience spans a wide range of logistics, residential and hospitality projects, supporting clients throughout the entire investment lifecycle. Żaneta also advises on transaction structuring, real estate financing and refinancing, as well as related insurance matters.
