Vlad Musteata is a real estate entrepreneur and investment executive with more than 20 years of experience across Central and Eastern Europe, currently leading real estate operations across two countries. As Founder & CEO of North Bucharest Investments and Pro Imobil, he has built and scaled real estate businesses with a strong focus on investment, capital, residential development and strategic advisory. His experience spans real estate investment, portfolio strategy, development advisory and market expansion, working with developers, private and professional investors, entrepreneurs and strategic partners. In Romania, Vlad leads North Bucharest Investments, an integrated real estate investment and advisory platform representing 100+ residential developments and over 4,000 properties, with more than €320 million in residential sales in 2025. With extensive cross-market experience, his focus is on capital flows, emerging investment opportunities and the evolution of real estate across CEE — connecting capital with high-potential assets and building scalable businesses designed for long-term value creation.
