Tomáš Soukup

Tomáš Soukup leads the JLL retail team and is currently advising on retail projects in the Czech Republic. He is very much involved in high street letting representing both the landlords as well as the tenants. Overall, Tomáš has worked on a variety of industrial developments, land acquisitions, retail warehouses/parks, shopping centre developments, and retail tenant representations with clients such as Christian Louboutin, Furla, LVMH, Preciosa, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Česká Spořitelna, Tesco, Halfords, Nutrend, or Iceland. Tomáš has provided advisory and leasing services to clients such as UTC, CTP, CPI, Immo East, Stop.Shop, bauMax, Berounka Park, Tesco, Portland Trust, ING Real Estate, AIG Lincoln, IKEA, Dandreet, Prior, Crestyl, Penta, CBRE GI, Rockcastle, Aventicum, etc.
