Tomáš Procházka has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Accolade since 2017, leading a team of around fifty professionals responsible for finance, accounting and project financing across all the group's markets. He brings extensive experience from the banking sector – a graduate of the Prague University of Economics and Business, he began his career at ING Bank, continued at HVB Bank, and from 2007 headed the real estate finance team at UniCredit Bank, navigating both the market's dynamic growth period and the turbulence following the 2008 financial crisis. At Accolade, he also oversees the group's relationships with banking partners, its access to capital markets and its green bond programme.
