Thomas opened the German branch of M&G in 2013. Since then, he has been responsible for acquisition and asset management for Germany, CEE, and Austria. The focus in CEE is mainly on Poland. Before he took over CEE, Thomas was responsible for the Netherlands and the Nordics. Working for several M&G funds, the focus is not only on residential assets but all asset classes. Before joining M&G, Thomas was responsible for the Asset Management within ING Real Estate in Germany, and thereafter he worked for a family office in several functions to oversee. Their real estate activities and project developments. Thomas started his career in the construction business as a civil engineer, managing several big turn-key projects, mainly logistics warehouses and office properties.
