Thomas Brezina heads a strategic advisory boutique focused on opportunistic property investment and development in SEE and CEE, combining institutional finance with hands-on entrepreneurial real estate experience totaling 15 years and €10+ billion track record to date. Notably former Business Development Director of Porto Montenegro until successful exit to Investment Corporation of Dubai, still based partly in Tivat and Prague. Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in finance from Canada and England. Fluent in English, French, Czech and basic Russian.
