Tarmo Karotam is the Fund Manager of Baltic Horizon Fund and the Chairman of the Management Board of Northern Horizon Capital AS. Tarmo’s main focus is leading the management team in executing the fund’s investment strategy through various property cycles and delivering long-term value to investors. His duties include identifying market opportunities, stakeholder relations, investor communication, and risk management as well as overseeing the day-to-day activities associated with the fund. Tarmo Karotam is a long-time member of investment management team at Northern Horizon Group, and he has 20 years of experience from the Baltic real estate sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in property finance from Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne.
