Sylwia Ziemacka is an expert in communications, strategy, the real estate market, senior housing, and long-term care. For the past six years, she served as COO of the Senior Housing & Healthcare Association, supporting the development and professionalisation of the senior housing market and care infrastructure in Europe. She is currently affiliated with the Polish Association of Developers. She combines communication experience and real estate sector knowledge with a perspective on social and demographic challenges and the needs of older adults. As a moderator, speaker, and expert, she presents at conferences in Poland and abroad. She co-authored a report for BGK on the future of long-term care in Poland.
