Sylwia Toczyska

Sylwia Toczyska has an Enterprise Account Management role at Vistra Fund Solutions, where she supports the growth of the global fund offering by delivering agile, technology-driven solutions to international fund managers and their investors. With over 25 years of experience in international accounting and tax, Sylwia has worked across both in-house finance teams and outsourcing service providers. Her career includes supporting multinational corporations and private equity firms expanding into Central and Eastern Europe. Through her work with global market leaders, she has developed deep expertise in fund operations and a solid grasp of real estate industry transformations since 2006. Her sector knowledge covers real estate, infrastructure, energy, and advanced technology—fields that demand high levels of regulatory understanding and operational accuracy. Sylwia holds a master’s degree in economics and completed a PhD, has been a licensed tax advisor since 2009 and in 2024, earned certification to serve on the supervisory boards of state-owned companies in Poland. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and a committed advocate for women in business. Previously, Sylwia held roles at a Big Four firm and at international companies including Rossmann and GE Power Controls.
