Stuart has 11 years of experience in the sector. Before joining Knight Frank, Stuart headed EMEA Student Housing at JLL and over the years he has advised on asset disposals and acquisitions, forward fundings and complex transactions on the continent. With a core focus on Student Housing and PRS, Stuart is responsible for coordinating Knight Frank’s strategic approach to Residential Investment across its Pan-European network, combining sector experience with in-country expertise.
