With over 15 years of experience bridging engineering, advisory, and executive roles, Steffen is recognised for turning ambitious sustainability goals into practical, commercially viable action plans. He actively contributes to leading organisations and frameworks such as RICS, CRREM, and GRESB, and collaborates with major investors, developers, asset managers, solution providers, and advisory firms to drive the transition toward more resilient and future-proof real estate.
