Sophie Dracup is Head of Asset Management, UK, at Realterm, a global investor and developer focused on transportation-advantaged real estate including industrial and logistics. She is responsible for the performance and strategy of the portfolio. Prior to joining Realterm in 2024, Sophie held asset management and leasing roles at SEGRO plc and the Grosvenor Estate. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is a Member of the RICS.
