Simon Johnson has been active in Central Europe since the 1990s and was involved in the development of the Eurovea Center in Bratislava and the Palladium in Prague. Since 2011, he has been the COO of the Crestyl Group, and in November last year, he was appointed Group CEO. After integrating the Polish housing platform Spravia into the company, Crestyl has a presence in the seven largest cities in the region, with a total platform of more than €1.3 billion. In the Czech Republic, the company focused on entering Brno. The Dornych project, with an investment of over €280 million, will fundamentally transform the wider centre of the Czech Republic's second-largest city and offer a hotel, rental apartments, offices, restaurants, shops and services, including a clinic. Although a native English speaker, he is fluent in Czech and Slovak and holds Czech citizenship. His interests include sports, especially running and yoga, balanced with a passion for cooking and good wine.
