Sebastian Ioniscu is a Commercial Director within the Top Corporates Coverage Division at BRD – Groupe Societe Generale, covering the relationships with the Large Corporates & Multinationals active on the Construction & Infrastructure, Local Public Authorities, Agri-business and Food & Beverages sectors, among others. With a strong educational background from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Sebastian has experience of approximately 25 years in the banking sector, while before his current assignment with BRD – Groupe Societe Generale he covered several positions also in the Large Corporates Divisions of other reputable local and international banks such as ING Bank, UniCredit and BancPost. Active in the M&A transactions & syndicated loans, Sebastian has a strong experience also in structuring & restructuring complex transactions, including bond issuance and IPOs.
