Cluster Lead Facility and Construction Management for Romania & Bulgaria
Roxana Dăian currently holds the position of Cluster Lead, Facility Management for Bosch Romania and Bulgaria. Her career at Bosch began in June 2013, during which time she held various roles in both procurement and operational property management. As part of the Bosch Engineering Centre team in Cluj‑Napoca, Roxana served as Project Lead for the construction of the second building on the campus. In parallel, she took on the leadership of the local Facility Management (FCM) team, becoming actively involved in the implementation of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. At present, Roxana coordinates all FCM teams across Bosch Romania and Bulgaria, jointly managing a total area of 280,000 m². She works with an extended team of approximately 150 people, contributing to the definition and direction of the global strategy across all locations. Her primary area of focus is sustainability, with particular emphasis on energy efficiency, decarbonisation, as well as the optimisation and digitalisation of buildings and related services.
