Robert Kubín leads the commercial activities and distribution strategy of Amundi Czech Republic. In his role as Deputy Chairman of the Board, he contributes to the company’s strategic direction and the development of sales channels both in the Czech market and across the wider region. He focuses on strengthening relationships with key partners, expanding the institutional client segment, and modernising client solutions, including the digitalisation of distribution processes. Over the course of more than 20 years in asset management and financial services, he has held senior positions at PZU Asset Management, MetLife, and McKinsey & Company. He has gained international experience across several European countries, including the United Kingdom, Poland, and Slovakia, where he led projects focused on commercial strategy, transformation of distribution models, and growth initiatives. Robert holds a degree from the University of Economics in Prague and is a CFA charterholder.
