Razvan Gaita

Razvan Joined Portico in mid-2015. Before joining Portico Razvan gained significant real-estate experience as General Manager of Anchor Group, Project Director in Volksbank Romania, Managing Director of ECE Project management Romania and earlier as Development Manager both for Kaufland and for Billa in Romania. Răzvan is responsible to manage the performance of Portico's existing portfolio and growth in Romania by targeting new acquisitions that are consistent with the Company's investment strategy, target returns and profitability. Razvan graduated in Management from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest and also had graduated the Romanian Air-Force Academy
