Raul Garcia Rodriguez has more than 25 years of international experience in sustainability, climate strategy and real estate transformation. He previously led Sustainable Real Estate Services at Deloitte and EY Central Europe. His expertise covers retail, industrial and logistics assets, alongside experience in residential and living sectors. In his new role, he will integrate Colliers’ capital markets, occupier advisory, redevelopment and ESG capabilities into client strategies aimed at improving efficiency, resilience and long-term value. Garcia Rodriguez is a member of the UN Economic Commission for Europe’s Real Estate Market Advisory Group and co-chairs its task force on energy efficiency standards in buildings. He also advises Premios Verdes, a sustainability awards platform in Latin America, and lectures on ESG at universities and industry events.
