Radosław Okulski is a real estate finance professional with over 16 years of experience in the banking and property sectors. He specialises in real estate financing, financial structuring, valuation and investment analysis, with a particular focus on the real estate market and property business. He advises clients on complex financing solutions and has successfully executed some of the most sophisticated real estate transactions, including bilateral facilities as well as syndicated financings involving domestic and international banks. His experience covers a wide range of asset classes and supports clients throughout the entire financing process. Radosław combines strong analytical skills with extensive expertise in real estate investments and financial assessment. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw and obtained the CCIM designation in 2023.
