Senior Business Development Advisor
Radek Pšenička is an architect with 25 years of experience in residential development, architecture, and urban planning in Slovakia, Poland, and the Czech Republic. He worked for the Swedish company Skanska for eight years, where he held various positions, including senior management. He has now been working for the Finnish group YIT for more than 13 years. As Senior Business Development Advisor at YIT Slovakia, he is responsible for seeking out new opportunities – land, projects, partners, cooperation models, concepts, products, and innovative solutions. He also specialises in spatial planning, urbanism, and development concepts for individual projects, including support for their development and approval. Last but not least, he is responsible for creating and maintaining a functional ecosystem of cooperation with all partners and stakeholders. He is actively involved in discussions on urbanism, architecture, the residential segment, and, above all, affordable and sustainable housing on the Slovak market.
