Senior Director | Head of Property Management CEE & Poland
As of October 2026, Piotr is Senior Director, Head of Property Management for Central & Eastern Europe at CBRE. He is directly responsible for property management in Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and South-Eastern Europe, and continues to lead the Polish team. He coordinates multi-country projects and sets consistent service standards for clients operating across the region. As Head of Property Management Poland since 2016, Piotr has built one of the largest and highest-rated property management teams in Europe: more than 200 specialists managing more than 210 assets. He oversees every aspect of property management performance, from asset takeover through due diligence to disposal. He also works on advisory projects for CBRE clients and, as a member of the Polish Management Team, supports business development. Before joining CBRE in 2013, Piotr worked at real estate firms including JLL, King Sturge, Donaldsons and EY, and has more than 20 years of experience in the market. He is a member of RICS and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Warsaw University of Technology.
