Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Numa (formerly COSI), Philipp plays a pivotal role in leading Numa's real estate strategy across Europe. In his previous role as Director of Investments at a private equity company, he spearheaded various strategic initiatives and innovative product lines, contributing to the growth and success of its alternative living portfolio expansion across Europe to over €2 billion AuM.
